Max is everything you would want in a roofer. Honest. Dependable. Communicative. Accurate in his estimates - both for cost and for the amount of time that the job would take.

Ron came out and personally explained the options and provided us with some samples so we could decide on which we liked best. He took the time to explain how the process worked, while other roofers would not take the time to explain it. Since we have never done this before it was super helpful and gave us good piece of mind.
Once we agreed on the roofing, Ron and his team worked incredibly efficiently to remove the old roof, install the base and then the shingles like clockwork. They finished early and cleaned up with no questions asked.

Max at America’s Best Roofing did our roof inspection when we bought our house in 2015 - at the time all we needed was a minor repair to our flat roof. Fast forward to 2021 and we reached out to Max again to provide an estimate on replacing the entire roof as part of a larger project that includes solar installation.
Max provided a bid and answered all our questions - he was readily available and helped us to understand all our options. He also referred us to the solar company we ended up selecting and coordinated installation with them. ABRC does great work, the team was on time, cleaned up

Ron was extremely responsive, communicative, and accommodating. We needed the roof work done very quickly due to some urgent issues that showed up, but we also needed to align his work with some of the other workers coming in order to maximize time and keep costs low. Ron worked with us throughout the whole debacle. (and it was a debacle) He even went above and beyond to get on the phone with some of our other contractors and talk through their work so he could figure out what was best needed from him. And then after all that, he came back after all the other work was done, without extra charge

Americas Best Roofing Co was in my final selection set but did not get the job. I was impressed with Max and his thorough explanation of the process. They were the highest bid of the companies I surveyed and they did not seem wiling to compromise their quote, but I was very confident in Max and their ability, it was just more than I had in the budget.

I cannot say enough about Max and his crew at Americas Best Roofing. We have worked together for nearly 10 years and each time Max has delivered top notch customer service. Funny enough, we worked together for years, I am a local property manager, and we had never met face to face. Anyone may think, "how can you trust someone you have never met?" and that is understandable. Max has usually been up on a roof or driving between jobs, while I have been at a desk or missing him during site visits. That does not change the quality of the work delivered. Andrew was the first roofing contractor that made us comfortable enough to move forward with our roof replacement. He proposed a quality roof installation with good materials. He worked with us to plan, which included fixes to long-standing issues, and patiently answered every question I could think of. We agreed to schedule the job for winter if we could find a good window in the weather, which did end up happening some months later. Ron and the crew were great to work with. From the very beginning of the quoting process to the end of the job, was a destresser. The price was fair and the crew showed up every morning, ahead of schedule, and worked nonstop through each day they were there. They replaced a roof on both our house and a separate garage in 5 days. They left no mess and I have had several neighbors walk by, stop and stare at our beautiful roof.

Had a new roof put on yesterday. Brought lots of memories back of my dad, a roofing contractor for 50 years (I worked for him on/off throughout my life). I must say I was super impressed with Americas Best Roofing Co. Everyone was very professional, timely, and you'd never know they had been here they did such a good job cleaning after. I highly recommend them.
