Russell power washed my driveway, sidewalks, back patio, and yard dividers. Everything came out very well. I was so pleased to see him go back over a few sections of the driveway without having to ask, and to see him do the work in a manner I would do it as well. On top of that, he’s a great guy too. I would definitely recommend Nu Way.

I highly recommend Steam Doc Atlanta. They've been to our house twice to clean our carpeted areas. Both times they arrived on-time, did an amazing job and were incredibly professional. They also offered helpful tips for cleaning up after our pets–as they are the main reason we needed a professional cleaning.

As part of the move out process on a house I was renting, I paid Steam Doc for the five area carpet cleaning deal. I met Al at the house and chatted with him for awhile before he got started.
I could not be more pleased with Al and quality cleaning he did.
The carpets look great and my landlord was very pleased (and I got my security deposit back).
I will definitely hire Al & Steam Doc for any future carpet cleaning (you should too)!

Al arrived on time, even though in all of the chaos of our move I neglected to confirm their reminder! He was very professional, skilled and knowledgable. Great service and fair prices! First time I have used a carpet cleaning service in Atlanta and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Al did a great job, showed up on time as scheduled, went above and beyond and was very careful, thorough and diligent in cleaning our house. We had essentially every carpeted room steam cleaned and they look great. Highly recommended.

I had a 5-star experience with Steam Doc. Al, the owner, confirmed his arrival a couple hours early, arrived on time, and did an amazing job in short order. I had just bought a house with very dirty carpets and planned to replace them but wanted to first see how much they might clean up. Al pulled up the carpet and silenced some very noisy floor boards in some areas, reattached and stretched the old carpet, and steam cleaned. It looks amazing and saved me $$ replacing older Berber carpet. I was most impressed with the protective equipment and care Al showed for the walls, doors, and wood floors

We had two rugs that both had dog odor and needed to be cleaned. Steam Doc was easy to schedule with, and I got an appointment with them within a couple of days of calling. The technician was punctual, polite, and very informative. I will definitely use Steam Doc again!!

I hired Steam Doc based on several Yelp reviews that resonated with me. They did not let me down. I needed to carpets steam cleaned in a newly purchased home. Their customer service was professional and friendly. The technician called to let me know that he wads running a bit ahead of schedule and arrived early. He immediately went to work and did a fantastic job. We were grateful to have chosen wisely, and would definitely use Steam Doc again.

Booking the appointment was a breeze.
There were follow up texts and emails about the appoint and confirming the time.
Our guy (Thomas) was on time, very friendly, and did an amazing job. He got out a stain that has been there since we've moved in and has survived many attempts at removal. Very impressive!
In the end, the price we paid is the price we were quoted (and although I admittedly didn't show around a whole bunch, I feel it was a very fair price

Very happy with the services we received from Steam Doc for our 3 large area rugs. Al is very professional, provides excellent customer service, and has a commitment to quality. He wasn't happy with the cleaning results for one of our rugs, and he cleaned it a second time for no charge. He also picked up and dropped off the rugs to fit my schedule. The rugs look amazing and look like new! We will definitely use Steam Doc again and would recommend to anyone.

I work in the film industry, so my schedule is strange. Long hours and I never quite know when I'm going to be going into work until the night before. Steam Doc was understanding and easily rescheduled me when I needed to change my appointment. Their customer service is unparalleled. I had Russell out to clean the carpets of my rental condo. He was fairly priced and quickly responsive. I also needed the carpet re-stretched in one room and Russell arranged for one of his contractors to do that at the same time the carpets were cleaned. My 4 year old carpets look good as new. I will be using him again for sure!

Al was very professional and courteous. I had 5 rooms, stairway and hall done and the 4-year old carpets look brand new afterwards.
The price was reasonable for the high quality of work performed. Al spent ample time in each room cleaning the carpets and then air drying them afterwards.
