I have worked with Serras Senior Transitions twice - for a local move to an assisted living facility apartment in 2019 and then for a move out/clean of the apartment one year later. Being out of state, it was very important to me to feel comfortable with the company, and I am happy to say they exceeded my expectations. Everyone from owner to moving crew were very professional, respectful and did everything to help move my parents into assisted living. They also did the house clean out for liquidation/donation. There is not one negative thing I can say about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of transitioning their senior loved ones.

This company has a 5-star customer service attitude—and they lived up to that value. They were exceptional! The arrived on time, explained the game plan, and worked hard and efficiently with a positive, can-do approach to every challenge. As with most moves, mine was on a tight timeline and they met my deadline. We hired Serra Senior Transitions for a very small job (5 pieces of furniture) from one building to another on the same campus. They treated us with kindness and respect as if we'd moved a mansion. Later when we had a larger move in mind, we didn't hesitate to call them again. They moved half of Mom and Dad's furniture to their own truck and the other half to a relative's U-Haul. Movers were professional, polite, and took care with all items, even those going to Goodwill. Would recommend them without hesitation.

We used Serras Senior Transitions for my mother-in-law's move to her new condo. They were on time, made sure that everything was packed safe and secure along with being very professional and friendly. When getting to the new condo, they brought everything inside the house without bumping into walls, set up bedding and asked where everything needed to be. Again, the guys were very friendly and professional. In fact, they identified a pileated woodpecker for me that happened to be making a lot of noise that was in the tree by their truck. Couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to do the moving
