Had a plumbing issue that flooded half of our house. Servpro of South Shreveport came out and started work as soon as I called. Andrew and Hardy were on top of it and got my home dried out ASAP. Great working with these people. If you have flood issues call these guys. They handled all the insurance paperwork also.servpro makes it easy.

My experience with Servpro of South Shreveport was excellent!! I called in over the weekend due to a water leak in our home, and they were extremely professional and friendly with answering all my questions and assuring me About the complete process and also explained how they work with the insurance company if needed. Dominick was our technician that came over and he was very nice, professional and did a great job of treating the area. Can’t say enough about this company! From the first phone call after our townhouse flooded until the job was totally complete, these guys were the best. They took care of every detail even down to dealing with our insurance company. Their company says they will make it “Like it never happened,” and this is exactly what they did.
