Admiral employees receive top honors from industry associations, such as ASIS International, AOBA and BOMA. In many cases the competition is tough and a panel of our peers in competitor organizations voted for our officers above their own. We also have clients that profess to be "raving fans." Here is just a sampling of the feedback we have received about our officer performance and management support.

The lady in accounting was so rude on the phone and wouldn't answer my last question. We ended up speaking over each other on accident and before I could I apologize or really say anything she became extremely nasty, aggressive and got an attitude with me. I was taken back by her aggression and ended up being a little rude myself. To have the conversation move forward keep things professional I asked (a few times) if she needed the invoice no. that would be processed for payment from me and all she did was say you only asked for a W-9 from me (this was her answer each time with a huge attitude

This new security staff at the front desks at both of the main entrances to the apartment complex that I live in is very nasty, especially this one particular guy with braids on the side I live on and enter. Because there's only one device allowed per family in each apartment that allows a person to beep themselves in through the front entrance, even when dialing the code on the intercom in the main entrances, a person can wait for forever before the staff at the front desk allows them in and when they do, especially this aforementioned guy with the braids, they yell out very nastily and aggressively

I am so shocked at how the Admiral Security Service guards behaved to me. I really am shocked they let people like this work in security and this is how their staff treat expecting mothers. I was at the Chinese Embassy Visa office with my Aunt in Washington DC. I am 8 months pregnant and there were no seats. I sat down in an empty chair as I waited to be serviced. It’s was the only chair left. About ten minutes later a security guard came and screamed at me to get out of his chair. I shared with him that I was 8 months pregnant. He said quote “I don’t care if you are 8 months pregnant! Bring

Working for this company they will screw you over. They dont care about their employees. The officers who work in all weather conditions get the bad health insurance while the Admin get the better health insurance. They have a lot of favoritism and not alot of equal opportunity especially in the southern area of VA. They will smile and lie to your face.

I parked my car in one of the facilities at 1777 N Kent St. when I went to pick up my vehicle, the garage was locked and I was told to go to the front and a security officer would let me in to the garage. The security officer was not on duty. The call center made multiple attempts to contact the officer for ver the course of one hour as I stood outside with fiancée waiting. It wasn't until the officer on the next shift got there that I was able to get in at 11 pm. When I spoke to the site supervisor Francis Hernandez, he seemed more interested in covering for his officer who had abandoned their

Worst company ever !!
Where do I start?!
The office staff use to be diverse but is now filled with immature, unprofessional 'country' boys and gals.
I guess that is why I had to remind them more then once that they were not allowed to be disrespectful towards me!
In doing so, they retaliated by not reassigning me when the contract hours were reduced!
I was tossed to the sideline and ignored. They kept telling me that they didn't have anywhere to place me (but they are always hiring new people).
They want you to quit on your own, so they wont have to pay unemployment benefits
