Amy Roth, is now serving as a paralegal for our Chapter 13 clients whose last name begins with P-Z. She was a prior Chapter 7 Paralegal. She is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. She attended grade school at St. Helen and then graduated high school from Presentation Academy.
She attended college at the University of Louisville and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Paralegal Studies and an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies.

I make appointments to talk to my lawyer and he never call for the appointment. I than had to reschedule and he didn't call for the rescheduled appointment 😕. When I call to see why he didn't call for the appointment he's either on the phone or busy. This has happened 2 to 3 times. Very unprofessional. They still have not responded to me yet.

As stressful as getting yourself prepared for bankruptcy and actually deciding to move forward with it they are an awesome group to work with. You might have a little homework but nothing compared to the harassing phone calls all day and the thousands of bills stacking up. We was so nervous with going forward but the group we had was so helpful and took the time on silly questions and so on. The team i had was fast and hopefully we wont need to go through this again they will definitely be the ones i go back to and will refer to anybody i know that needs help.

I had great service, I have to go back January 16, 2020 because I had a plastic SS Card and they wanted a paper one. I went straight down to the 1st floor and ordered another Social Security Card. Everything else was done yesterday. I understand on the 16th of January I just have to show that card. Everyone at you office is very nice and helpful. Merry Christmas!

They are awesome. They answer all your questions u have. They are quick to respond to any questions. Very reapectful. My lawyer and his staff was very kind and helpful. They really do care a lot about their clients and they do the best to help you or to put you on the right path. I had a great experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
