Eddie "Cannonball" Davis has been in the crane and equipment industry for over 30 years. In his early crane career he was mentored by "The smartest man he has ever known", Ed Bates. Throughout his career, Davis had a love for cranes, whether it be troubleshooting worn or broken down cranes, or rebuilding cranes that are on their last lift.

4004EH and smaller it will be stamped into the base. 5005 and larger it is stamped on the risers that hold the main boom, normally standing at the back of the crane it will be on your left side riser. It is the bale and switch on the end of your boom that trips out to keep you from pulling your load too far up into the crane, which could cause damage or possibly break your lifting cable.

Purchase a used Crane that was described that it would be in working order.
Said that the ram would leak down and they would give me money for rebuilding that ram.
After receiving the Crane and rebuilding that ram the Extend ram was also faulty.
Contacted them about being reimbursed for the rebuild of that extend ram and they did not stand by it or act professional about what was described about the Crane.
Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth in terms of their original representation and the results received.

I’ve got a 8406h autocrane the receiver burnt after months of searching for the proper replacement without purchasing a hand transmitter I contacted bb crane and spoke to sandy in just a matter of a few minutes she located the correct receiver and had it shipped to me in a few days when the unit arrived the unit did not link to the transmitter contacted bb crab back and spoke to Eddie I think was his name he guided me threw their web site for a programming manual did so and the programming instructions were very easy after programming the unit works perfectly the employees of bb crane went above

Refurbishing a recently purchased used crane, needed the complete decal kit, B&B worked patiently with me identifying the actual model it was due to the fact that the recent owner slapped some paint and incorrect safety/model decals on it. We now know what we have and where we can get not only future parts needed, but more importantly, correct information and help on an older series crane. This company goes beyond good customer service, a willingness hardly seen these days. Not to mention the weekend phone support if needed. A++ to the staff.

Paid good money for rebuilt crane ,havent even made first payment , faulty wiring miscrimped hoses, oush hoist down button boom goes up trying to stab engine gotta keep pushing override pins to make work ,then you call them owners wont answer at office or cell phones ,had to rent a crane to finish setting engine , VERY POOR SERVICE IN MY BOOK,
