Services
You will need to provide a level, open space with clearance from tree branches, utility and phone lines and other obstructions. Wet inflatables require established grass or concrete/asphalt for setup, no dirt or rocks. If in doubt Please call/text with any questions about approved surfaces, we are happy to assist or look at the setup area prior to the event.
Minimum setup/pickup temperature is 42 degrees. Bounce On reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time for any reason due to safety concerns, weather or improper setup surface including mud and pet waste etc. Delivery is usually 1-4 hours before your event begins and does not count against your 5 hour rental.
Yes, you may keep any of our inflatables overnight, however an additional fee of $35 will be added and the inflatable will be picked up the following day (usually between 9AM-1PM) All prices on our website include a minimum of 5 hours between 9AM-8PM. If your event time starts at 4PM or later we suggest an overnight rental to ensure a full 5 hours.
Events open to the public must have an attendant for each inflatable. Rentals are subject to price increases of 40% due to volume of riders, setup surface and extra wear of equipment. Bounce On can, and in some cases provide attendants for an additional $25 an hour per attendant or the customer can provide adult attendants approved by Bounce On management.

We have been using BounceOn for our kids birthdays for the last 6 years and will never use anyone else. They are very professional and prompt with communication, drop off and pick up. They clean the unit when dropping it off giving us peace of mind thats its clean and ready for fun. I can't recommend them enough!!

Our family has been using Bounce On for 13 years, for now 3 of our boys birthday celebrations, daycare parties and just for a good time! Brandon, the owner is always on time to set up everything and has always been so accommodating for all of our needs. They are super clean, reliable and the equipment whether it’s a bounce house or a water slide has never damaged our lawn. Bounce on has great deals for Bounce house fun along with concessions. We trust them to make our parties the best!

Have rented from them a couple times and they are SO friendly and professional. They clean it right in front of you and are VERY flexible. We rented bounce houses, a cotton candy machine, and the snow cone machine. Everything was always clean and they explained how to use everything very clearly. Thank you for making my kids birthday parties a great experience they will never forget!
4 years later and bounce on is still my preferred company!!! Amazing people!
