Super-impressed with Bulldog Auto Detailing. On my initial call, Joanna was extremely helpful and answered every question I had regarding their services. I had them put a ceramic coating on my new car and the results are fantastic. Connor and his team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have a great process in place to make sure you understand exactly what you're getting and what to expect in the future. Also, their pricing for ceramic coatings, paint correction, etc. is very competitive with what you'll find in DFW or Austin. I will be utilizing their services for all my vehicles

Their web site tells you to submit your details and they will get right back to you. They claim a 10 minute response time. I filled out the form with my email and cell number and sent it. To their credit, I did get an email response within a short time. It said a member of their team would contact me shortly to arrange things. Since my insurance was paying for it, time was somewhat of an issue. It has been over two weeks and I have still not received a phone call or an email to further discuss what I needed.

Had multiple cars and my boat ceramic coated! They did a completely awesome job. It was done timely and cars look fantastic. Get compliments all the time on how good my car looks. The owner personally oversaw the jobs. Couldn't be happier with the outcome! I will be back for sure and could not give a higher recommendation for you to use bulldog detailing for your cars.

I took my mid sized SUV here and did the platinum package back in April 2021 ($300). I was there in the morning when they told me to be there to drop the car off but had to wait for someone to open the shop (even though it was after their posted opening hours). I was told they'd call me when it was ready but as it was approaching their end of day, I didn't hear back so I called. They told me they were almost done and it'd be ready by the time I got there. They had my vehicle for over 9 hours and when I arrived they were still vacuuming the interior. I waited for them to finish and when they went

EDIT:: The owner of the company did amazing to accommodate for the experience we had. We got a refund for half of the service, which was more than I expected. He alone made the process so easy and so much better. Everything was taken care of and we were given a special deal for our next time in. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly explain what you’re needing done for your car so you don’t have the confusion I did!

BULLDOG AUTO Detailing in WACO did a great job on our 40 foot 5th wheel RV. The best thing is, you can trust them with taking great care of your prize possession while in their care. Great job Guys.
