I am a BIG fan of "Dr. SmartHome" or A.K.A Dan Rozzen. He is the BEST! I consider myself a bit tech savy...but he is above and beyond! I was really having trouble with my sons Playstation account, it was locking him out of access to all of his settings, and he had recently created a whole new "user name" and somehow his info from last name to this one messed up his access to his password.we were lost and frustrated-If you understand PlayStation -as a mom, I want my kids on the "Family Management plan" which means I can add funds to their account thru my main account

I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews... HOWEVER, I need to express my disappointment with Dan and the way he treated me today.
I hired Dan ( Mr. SmartHome) about a year ago to install my Ring doorbell... all was fine... he did the work and I paid him... then I called him to install another Ring camera above my garage.... all was fine. Work was done and he was paid.
I always felt he was a little " off" but couldn't put my finger on it. I just had a new router installed and so my Ring cameras were not working. After 2 solid hours of trying myself to get WiFi connected and

Im not a techie nor no dummy. But money well spent on installing Ring 2 device on my home. Professionally done, quick, clean, and patient! Dan is intelligent, clear and concise, and very helpful w/ extras. About any question you ask, he responds quickly and offers other great ideas and suggestions. He has expertise in an array of electronic areas/fields. Will be using his services again.

A consummate professional. He assisted in synchronizing all devices to a shared cloud and maximized storage and processing speed on an older Mac desktop computer. This is his second time helping me out and I would highly recommend his services.

Dan knows his stuff, seriously. I had him set up my entertainment system twice. Before I bought Sonos and after Sonos...a very complex set up, it included:
- DirecTV 4k
- BluRay
- Amazon Fire
- TV
- Sonos surround sound
- Univeral remote (Harmony)

He took the time to make it all work; even after the fact if I had questions or concerns I could call him and he'd help troubleshoot the issue.

Now I will say you get what you pay for so he's not cheap. In fact, in my pre-Sonos system, I had the Geek squad and Home-Tech try to configure the DirecTV 4k and they couldn't do it...after

Once Again Dan comes thru for me.

Dan went above and beyond to get our Ring Spotlight cameras up and running. Our building's electrical system had issues that he was able to diagnose and fix in order to get the cameras working in the locations we wanted. This required extra time and hassle but he never had a problem with making sure everything was perfect! Thanks Dan and wish you the best with your business!

DR Smarthome is the expert when it comes to electronics. I have my wi-fi system designed and extended to reach every room in the house. Daniel made sure every nook and cranny has adequate signal to work. Daniel then designed the Ring system for the house. I have the doorbell 2 stick up cameras and the new flood light camera. The system is sweet. I have the ability to see and talk to anyone from anywhere that my phone has a signal. I then had a Sonos system designed and installed by Daniel. Sound in every room- even in rocks in the backyard. To top it off is the universal remote that controls everything

I was having trouble streaming video. Daniel came by, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new router. He also gave me good advice about other related issues at my home.

My family is very happy with Daniel Rozzen's services. He was able to update our home with some great tech, very customer service oriented as well which is rare to find these days. Even spent some time with my parents showing them how everything worked, which is a challenge in itself because they aren't very tech savvy. I just moved to a new home and I didn't know what the best decision was to get internet. Dan came out and did a free assessment and gave me a proposal within a day. He helped me find the best internet provider, setup WiFi in the whole house, installed all my TV's and surround sound and installed a surveillance system. Dan is flexible and has great prices. Dan initially came out to troubleshoot/repair some issues with the sound in our multimedia system. He identified and corrected the problem in no time (--the high-end AV guys who installed the system were unable to identify the source of the problem after a visit to my house and multiple emails). That same day, Dan helped solve a problem with Word Perfect (--an old program that I need to maintain because it has some documents I still reference). Daniel Rozzen of DRSmartHome has made my home very secure with the installation of security equipment, a Ring, front door surveillance system which allows me to monitor my front door without leaving my chair. He also installed a garage door opener which I can operate from my iPhone. My heating/ac system is also controlled by my iPhone by way of a Nest which enables me to control my use again, from my iPhone!
