Engineering/Survey Package: Typically would include: Survey, Topography, Plot Plan, Grading Plan, Soil Boring Log, Home Foundation Stake Out with Construction Elevations established, Foundation Location Survey, Finished Floor Elevation and Stake Out of Property Corners.

Sica home builders and its owner Al Sica represent one of the best companies I have ever been involved with. Knowledgeable, competent and professionals of the highest caliber.. Our first Sica home suffered severe damage from super storm Sandy. We were so pleased with that home that we enlisted Sica to build our new home. Our experience in both instances was extremely positive. Recently we had an issue with our roof due to several powerful wind/rain storms. We reached out to Al and even though the home warranty had expired, he graciously sent a repair crew to resolve the issue at no cost to us.

My wife and I just finished our 2 story 3,200 sqft home in Seaside Park. I can't say enough how much we appreciated the entire team at Sica Homes. From the design process to completion of our home everyone we encounter was professional, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the process. Al and Laura from Sica Modular Homes are indisputably the best homebuilders you could ask for! We built our home last spring, and the house is absolutely perfect. My wife and I designed our home almost entirely, and they never said “No“ to anything we wanted. Everything we asked for, they made happen. Craftsmanship is perfect, details are flawless, and the communication throughout the process was exceptional. I wanted SICA to produce and deliver ("ship and set") a custom modular house. I gave them a deposit to produce preliminary drawings for my approval. I also gave them a very detailed description of what I wanted. The first draft did not reflect many aspects of what we had discussed. They promised to fix it. It took a very long time(several weeks) to get the second draft. However, many of my requirements were not addressed again! They had to revise drawings again, and again they made the same mistakes. This was one of the worst business decisions to build with Sica. There was very little to no supervision over the subcontractors. My 7th grade shop class took more pride in their work. The house took much longer to complete than a stick built house. The property looked more like a demolition site than a construction site. I wish I could go back in time and take back the contract I signed. My house is located at 2506 cent av3 Barnegat Light. Stop by and I will show you the poor craftsmanship.

My wife and I are very pleased with the home from Sica. Their salesman guided us through many options available to customize our home to our needs.
Our completed customized home was done in the time frame quoted when we signed our contract. They paid attention to every detail and kept us updated with the progress from groundbreaking, foundation, house setting and final touches to the interior finishing.
