Wish I could give 0 stars. Paramount was hired by my leasing office to fix my AC. They said they had the parts but couldn’t come and install because it was raining (on Friday). Then they said they couldn’t come on the weekend. So today (Monday), they told my leasing office that they don’t actually have the parts, so they can’t come to fix our AC. What kind of vendor lies about not having the equipment they need?!
Bottom line, you can’t trust these people. Save yourself the time and effort and hire someone else.
