I resently purchased a property, and Joe Michalowitz Appraisals Inc, was hired by my bank to due the appraisal, he appraised the property for exactly what they were selling for, which was fine, but he completely missed an 28x36 concrete shop that is also located on the same property. I along with my bank have contacted his office several times and were told by his secretary the he would get back to us,This has been going on for over 60days, he has never gotten back to us.
