Casey called me the day after I requested a quote online. He gave me a quote, then text
me my quote. Casey was able to schedule me within 3 days, this was post Ida. We scheduled a 2pm-4pm time span. Casey called me in the morning told me he would let me know when he would be able to meet me, then he called me when he was within 5 minutes away. Casey removed my cracked windshield and put the new windshield within 30 minutes. Casey was able to save my brake tag from my cracked windshield and put it in the new windshield, it looked like it did the day I got my brake tag. Casey answered all my questions

After a smash and grab incident we were left with no front passenger window and a four hour drive home (our insurance wanted us to drive back to Florida with no window!). Apex Auto Glass squeezed us in last minute into their busy schedule and fixed our window! Casey is amazing! Very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. His price was very competitive as well. He got back to me right away with a quote. It was rainy so it was a wait and see kinda day. He called me to check in early in the day and came to do the job as soon as the sun came out. He did an excellent job. The free mobile service was also a huge plus. He even saved my brake tag which already fallen off and was in my cup holder. He scraped the numbers that were stuck on the windshield and put them back on my rolled up brake tag!

I scheduled this service on line Casey response was immediately. He is very professional service was excellent and sufficient no longer than 45 minutes and arrived way ahead of time of schedule appointment. We have 4 vehicles and as long as Apex auto glass in service they will be my go to person for my auto glass and I will refer everyone else to them.
