I've been having my cars serviced by Auto Tec for years - I've also passed along the recommendation to my neighbors and in-laws - all of whom have been incredibly happy with their service.
They are fair, they cost less by far than what you would pay for at a dealer, they will let you know if there are other things that should (or shouldn't be done) and if there are any future issues that may need to be dealt with.
They've also been incredibly helpful with saving us time by being flexible on when we pickup vehicles, or being flexible about checking out used cars.

Don is truly awesome! We have been looking for a good and reliable mechanic and I believe this is the place to be. My Scion xB had a power issue and it won't start. I made an an appointment online to take my car to his shop and within less than half an hour, I got a call from Don. My husband jumpstart my car and drove it 3 miles away with all the dashboard light on. Luckily, my car didn't died out while driving there. Once we we got to the place, He did a quick diagnostic to the car and gave recommendation to fix the issue. At first we thought it was the alternator and I was really afraid

I had a great experience! I requested a quote online, and within a week I had an appointment scheduled, it couldn't be easier. I don't know much about cars, but Don broke everything down for me and I know that I got a fair price for what my car needed. After getting an expensive quote from a local dealer on simple services on my Honda Civic, I decided to move to a local mechanic that could provided good services for a better price. I'm so happy that I found Auto Tec through Yelp reviews!
I reached Don (the owner) through the email to get a quote and had a good first impression. He was very professional and the prices were fair IMO and way less than the dealer quote. We have all our cars serviced at Auto Tec, and have been going to Don and his crew for about 12 years. What I love about this place is that Don always takes the time to physically show me and explain what needs replacing or what I should watch for. This place is 100% trustworthy. They do outstanding work as well.

I called Auto Tech this morning regarding a cover under my car dragging and asked for a price estimate. Don said it depends on if we can just fix it or need to replace and asked me to come in 30 minutes. I came by, he cut off the offending piece, and I was on my way in less than 10 min. I would highly recommend this repair shop - they were honest and friendly, and seemed like good/trustworthy people. I will definitely come back for any future car service needs!

I even had my car looked at a different shop when I had an unexpected issue. This other shop came off like they were trying to sell me unnecessarily services so I got my one issue fixed then took it to Auto Tec to ask if the rest was needed, and if so, could they please do the repairs.
Auto Tec told me 2/3 issues were not issues at all, and the other thing needed to be done in a year, not now. They consistently put value

I LOVE AutoTec. I have used them for over 20 years. I trust them. They have always been completely honest with me. They have told me when things (like brakes) can be put off replacing and when things need to be repaired now. They have access to ALL the "should be" scheduled maintenance records and they keep a history on everything that has been done on my cars. They have repaired my Dodge Caravan, my Chrysler and my Nissan. The thing is that they specialize in foreign cars like Hondas and Toyotas. So they can handle auto repairs on all makes and models of cars! They are fair with their pricing
