While working as a realtor since 1972, Sam Goebel recognized the need for a real estate and personal property Auctioneer in the Marshall County area and so in 1982 Sam, along with his wife Judy founded Oak Crest Auctions.
From that point forward, Oak Crest Auctions began to grow. Conducting numerous real estate and personal property auctions throughout 1980's and '90's. In 1995, Sam and Judy's son Dave Goebel followed in his father's footsteps and became an Auctioneer. Dave worked alongside his father helping to grow the organization.
