When we purchased our home, the inspector noted some moisture and high humidity in the crawlspace.
The warranty AAA Basement provided from the previous owner had transferred with the home sale, so we asked Jeff
to come out and take a look. He not only came out to take a look, he stood by his warranty and went
above and beyond! He and his crew came back out and added some additional drainage tiles to make sure our
crawl space was dry. He did all of this under the warranty.
We wholeheartedly recommend AAA Basement! They are a pleasure to work with and stand by their work!

Mr. Mahan came to my house to personally inspect and to tell me exactly what I needed to do to stop the water intrusion into my house and repair the bowed walls.
After carefully inspected the premises he told me information that was contrary to what the other inspectors had told me: that I didn't need to have my entire basement waterproofed, I only needed to get a drainage system in place to get the water at least 10' away from the house. This is something that I had thought of, but never acted upon because basically, I really didn't know what to do. Mr. Mahan diagrammed out exactly what needed
