Services
Submit request for return or repair online or scroll down to download form to computer and scan/fax or scan/email to cartsales@amaril.com. Amaril will provide a return or repair authorization within 72 hours during normal business days, Monday-Friday to place in the box with your return. Original Invoice or Order Confirmation Number (If Available) - Amaril Uniform will only repair garments purchased through Amaril Uniform.
Managed programs include reward points customer individual accounts and hold for manager approval customer individual accounts. Section 1 requests customer information. Section 2 is specific to reward point customer administrators. Please allow 48 hours for changes to process. Do you want us to include you on the email once the change has been made to the employee's account?
Amaril can manage your individual employee spend. Point dollars can be updated quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Want employee accounts without managed point dollars? Pre-set your employees to hold for approval. No need for points. Have a managed program and need to make account adjustments (create account, terminate an account, modify an account)?
