We had a wonderful experience working with Lexi to create custom Roman shades for our kitchen of 7 windows. The shades block the sun during meal-time, but maintain enough light to make our kitchen look bright, airy and clean. Lexi was extremely knowledgeable and we had an extensive choice of fabrics to create a mid-century modern look. Overall, the experience felt personal and we think our curtains have an "interior design" look to them. If you're looking for new window treatments, I would certainly consider The Great Curtain Company, especially if you have a specific idea in mind.

I really enjoyed working with Lexi. From the very first call we had, she was very professional and listened attentively to understand our design needs. Absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. The finished product absolutely exceeded my expectations. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and she made everything on my list happen including samples of exactly what I would be getting. They had the most competitive bid of anyone else I looked at for corded traverse drapes. I can not recommend them highly enough. Gorgeous product and install was perfect.

She was so very nice to work with. When it was time for the installers to do their work, they were incredible. The professional installation job they did was beyond my expectations. The installer is an artist at his trade. The measurements Lexi gave him were absolutely perfect. The whole process was an exceptional experience. This family-owned business gets an A+ from the Better Business Bureau and an A+ from me also. I was searching for an installer who could install curtains I had purchased from J.C. Penney before the COVID-19 isolation and social distancing policies. After waiting seven months for the J.C. Penney installation team to return, I decided to look around. One company would not work with me as I had not purchased my curtains from them. Lexi and her team went above and beyond to fix a number of issues (not caused by them) on a pretty complicated project. There was an issue with the hemming on some pre-made curtain panels, which was not the fault of The Great Curtain Company. Nevertheless, they fixed it, reassured me along the way, managed the issues at extra cost to them. The curtains and custom rods are absolutely gorgeous. Equally important, the customer service was impeccable. It's so clear that Lexi cares deeply about customer service. I highly, highly recommend The Great Curtain Company and can't say enough

We just bought a new home and needed a way to make our master bedroom feel taller and more dramatic. Lexi was THE BEST to work with, came over and talked through so many ideas with me till I figured out what I wanted. She even came back so that I could look at the fabrics again. Loving our new custom curtains!
Lexi and Lauren were both very helpful!
They helped us every step of the way. The moment we walked into the store, Lauren was very friendly and helped us look at different fabrics and answered all of our questions. Lexi came over with the curtain we wanted to see how they looked against our walls and windows, and took all the measurements.
The installation was very quick and the curtains look amazing!

When my family walked in, the store owner asked if we have been there before. If we have been, we would have never returned. She didn't like our kids to even feel the sample fabrics booklet that she had got on the table. Constantly staring and scaring the kids away. Worst experience ever. Non courteous owner. If you don't like kids or will make a judgement on people who she wants to work with, then please don't run a store instead do some other business where you could choose your client base. RUDE!

The first set of drapes were a disaster. Cut wrong, hemmed poorly...sagged. It took about a year to get a new drapes. They did cover the replacements and material was much nicer, but even after tgey sent them iut to be pressed, the side hem are wrinkled...because the company doing the work, are amateurs. I regret not buying regular curtains. Never again will I go with custom. Oh yes...my husband gad to patch and paint after the rids were adjusted several times to compensate for tge shoddy work. The Company is in Austin...wirk is dine in Dallas. People are nice...work is poor.

Although Google and Yelp say their hours are Monday-Saturday 10:30-5, they're NOT open on Mondays unless you make an appointment. I wished I would have known that, being it is a Monday and I drove down from Leander. Their window even says they're open during these hours listed online, but a piece of paper is taped to the door saying their 'real' hours.

I've never jumped in to buying curtains like we did on this occasion. I've always resorted to friends (thank you to them) making them or buying okay curtains and draperies from the likes of big box brick and mortar and online stores.
When we walked in the store we were promptly greeted and given the layout of the land. It looked much like I would expect considering it is a custom design store. Some pre-finished drapes and curtains hanging ready for sale and swatches out the ears of different types of fabric.

We just bought our first home and were so confused on what to do with curtains. Lucky for us, we found The Great Curtain Company. The lady that helped me, Lexi, was awesome. She answered all of our questions and explained everything thoroughly. She was not pushy and I didn't feel any pressure that is common with "sales type people". We got a great deal on some BEAUTIFUL curtains and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Wow, I'm the first person to rate this curtain company.
Let me tell you I am a guy that knows NOTHING about curtains when I bought them. If I were to do it again, I would do it differently. I bought 6 curtains. 6 curtains cost me 3500 if you can believe it. 3500!!!!!!
Now I would say these are high quality thicker curtains (well half of them were). But they were delivered wrinkled and I was told to steam iron them. The girl came to my house to help me pick them out which was nice. However, if I were to do it over, I would not spend 3500.
I would rather go to Crate and Barrel and find some
