Jan recently listed and sold our log home in Breckenridge. She was very proactive and responsive to us, helping us find the “sweet spot” for our home’s price. When the eventual buyer emerged, she helped us navigate the sometimes daunting processes of inspection, appraisal and dealing with a difficult buyers agent. In the end, we sold the home for exactly what we hoped and the new owners seem thrilled with their purchase. Great job Jan, thank you!

Jan is an excellent realtor. She went above and beyond to sell my Silverthorne property at a great price, and in very little time. After the inspection, when the buyers had requests to repair items, she gave me a list of excellent contractors to call, so it was easy to rectify everything. She even bought two carbon monoxide detectors and installed them for me. I live in Denver, so this was enormously helpful to me. When we were staging the property, she found some furniture at good prices, which saved me a lot of money. She even helped move the furniture, so I wouldn’t have to drive up from Denver

Jan helped my husband and I find the perfect investment property in Summit County. This was a long distance business relationship by phone and digital communication. There was never any delay in response to any inquiry or comment. A very relaxing and calming experience. I bought the property in question some 40 years ago, maybe longer, and had only seen it once. I began a blind search for a realtor. Jan’s information as a RE/MAX realtor appeared first so I started there with a National brand. This sale was going to take place remotely because we live on the east coast. We were 2 time zones away.
