This customer wanted a new space for entertaining guests. The lumpy lawn was removed, the area was graded, prepped with dense grade and compacted. After the pavers were installed, polymeric sand was brushed into the tight spaces between the pavers. This will ensure that weeds don't have a place to sprout while allowing rain water to drain.
This private residence in Marshfield, MA features a beautiful stone wall constructed of reclaimed granite curbing. It was capped with 12 wide granite stair treads. It sits on a solid concrete footing (formed and poured by third party) and is backed up with a cement block wall and 2 feet of crushed stone to ensure proper drainage behind the wall.
