We had a trailer brake locking up on our gooseneck trailer when we pulled into town late Sunday night. We called Felling first thing the next morning and they were able to get us in the shop the next morning. They had the parts in stock to help get us going so we could continue our trip without to much delay. Thanks for the great service and hospitality guys!

I took off to go camping for 4th of July and my camper brakes gave out. I called around to over 5 places and finally called Felling Trailers. Mike in service said to bring it over. Their tech found it wasn't the trailer, but my truck brake controller. Even then, he worked to find a solution even though he's not a truck mechanic. They reffered me to a dealership, but charged nothing for the hour labor. Wow, that's great customer service. Buy a trailer from these guys and they'll treat you right!

In October I purchased a brand new over the road trailer. This week I had a a problem with the trailer, wrecked one of the Air bags. Called Felling, spoke to Scott he said to bring it in right away. They replace the other airbag check the suspension torqued everything and had it back to me in a few hours. Made a copy of the airbag I had to buy on the road said they would reimburse me. I had my trailer back in about 5 hours, spectacular customer service. If you're looking for a heavy duty trailer I would look at Felling first. Great job guys.
