They went above and beyond to make sure that the surprise flowers for my friend was delivered on the same day after placing my order in the morning! Genuinely impressed. The address I had was wrong and they contacted me and the recipient right away to get it rectified. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the flower arrangement that was chosen for my very special Grandmother who was recently hospitalized. I live out of town and wanted to support a local florist, I called and gave them instruction to put together something with lots of color that would brighten her room and make her smile. I was sent a picture before they were delivered ! This goes above and beyond and love the personalized customer service. I wish I could be there to see her face when these are delivered. I needed to order flowers for my friend who's mother passed away. I'm not from the area and didn't know who to choose. I chose a florist based off of Google reviews. If you're doing the same, LOOK NO FURTHER. I called and it was so easy to place my order. They are super knowledgeable about getting the flowers to the funeral home. I asked at the end of the phone call where was their "easy" button located? Highly satisfied!

At the recommendation of a friend from Roanoke, I ordered a flower arrangement for a recently deceased board member of the organization I work for. George's called me immediately after my online order was placed to discuss adjusting my order to abide by the guidelines of the church where the service was to be held. I really appreciated this attention to detail as I am not local and was unaware of these rules. It would have been terribly sad if the flowers weren't allowed at the service. The homecoming corsages were beautiful! The staff did a great job matching the ribbon to the dresses, and the spray roses were perfect! We even got a picture of the corsages before picking them up to make sure we were pleased with the order. Exceptional quality and exceptional service! Highly recommend George's Flowers. I had sympathy flowers sent to a friend. They sent me a picture of my finished arrangement the day of delivery. When they delivered the flowers my friend wasn't home. The delivery guy called me and offered to check with the neighbors on each side of her house if he could deliver it to them until she got home. I said that would be great. Then he called me after delivering to the neighbor so I knew the flowers were in good hands. Most places don't care about good service...they just throw it on the porch and leave. Not their problem after its been delivered. This

I looked them up on Yelp and saw that they had good reviews. I am out of the area and wanted to support local businesses instead of ordering outside. I called and Justin was really helpful. I even called back to move delivery fir the following day. They did send me a picture of the flowers. The person I sent them too loved them. Will use them again if and when I need too for the area.

I stopped into George's flowers to pick up some roses for a ceremony. I didn't preorder and was taking a risk finding fresh roses in the beginning of March.
I entered the shop and the staff was very helpful. There was a few premade displays in the cooler and I was concerned they wouldn't have much and when I asked they went to the back and had lots of tosses and easily put together a couple dozen for me.
The shop is nice and the people are really friendly. A great local business with great customer service and they do a great job with arrangements. Call ahead with your order

Just want to give George his thumbs up since some flowers so mother for Valentine's Day always used to use when 800 flowers but she never was happy so I called George's in Roanoke Virginia which is a local flower shop near her sent her some roses and she sent me a picture today on the 24th in a still look beautiful thanks George appreciate you

Wow to George's Flowers so far today! Easy access on line opened new account info easily on line. Selected my purchase from online category products and personalized my gift card. Got a return photo of my item prepared for delivery before going out which I think is spectacular! Now if delivery goes as expected today ... easy and efficient and caring place to order.

I was referred here by my best friend from church that gets all of her funereal arrangements done here and has had great success with them for years. Went in today to inquire about a bouquet for my wedding. The dark haired lady tried very hard to accommodate me while I noticed a coral colored daisy that would perfectly represent my deceased mother. The younger lady said it would not math my day as it was on October 31st. I am not having a Halloween theme I told her it is my fiance's birthday. The grey haired ponytail man said we can not guarantee the coral colored daisy on October 31st

Ordered flowers for a funeral. I live 1,000 miles away and was worried about delivery and the look of the arrangement. I shouldn't have worried. Excellent customer service. I found another arrangement on another site and they were able to replicate it and make it even nicer. It was a sympahty plant that was beautiful and the centerpiece at the grieving families home's after the funeral event. I I called it in since I was in another state the person on the phone was very professional. They delivered the confirmation email the next day on what the arrangement looks white and when it was delivered. I would use them again 100%. The arrangement and precise service made a huge impact for the family.

I was fortunate enough to get a bouquet from George's Flowers and I must say, I was not just amazed by the beautiful artistic design, but they are still fresh after over a week!
You really get to enjoy these beautiful flowers for a long time.

I walked in and was made to feel very welcome they had a great selection and even let me pick up my own arrangement for them to put together for me
there was even a yelp discount for checking in there all in all I had a great experience shopping and I would definitely purchase from them again
