I didn’t not have a very good experience with ICS. I would consistently have issues with the cleaning job, send a picture with description over to the account manager (Adelina), and consistently did not have the problem fixed. They seemed to have an issue with cleaning the glass - they was always smears, cleaning off counters in our kitchen, etc. When the account manager would come for her quality control check, I would bring up everything I wanted done and she would just say “oh we can’t do that because of this or that..”. Not a problem solving approach. I did not have a good experience
