Kunau replaced our 25 year old pump. The original pump was put in by Kunau 25 years ago. They have provided excellent, professional help every time. Dan went out of his way to call us and even came out on a Saturday on his own time to make sure we were getting quality water and water pressure. We recommend them highly!

Do not use this company for home septic issues unless you know exactly what the problem is and do not need any electrical work done on the system. I asked for someone to come and look at my system since I could not tell if it was working and it looked like my tanks were full. I was told a pump truck was needed so they could see everything. Upon arriving, the truck driver told me good news, no pumping needed. The system was working fine. I told them I also had a problem with the alarm float. They looked into it and said the alarm float was bad and replaced it. They said the float shorted

Kunau put in my well for my new home in early 2021. The on-site team was great and very professional. The system has been working wonderfully. As I am new to the workings of a well, Levi and Brad had a follow-up visit with me and explained how everything works. Beyond pleased with Kunau and I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Kunau. I was sold from the start by their conservative (high, just in case) & extremely DETAILED estimatesc which were competitive, if not LESS, for both new well & septic.
Risa made me feel appreciated (despite my myriad of questions & emails.
Tim & his crew were all smiles & professional. Tim explained the process and debriefed at the end. I can't imagine they're overhead expenses with of all the equipment, fuel, and insurance, and salaries for the outstanding crew.
I'm looking forward to the next steps and meeting more of their fabulous team.

Kunau to the rescue! Our well went out on Friday at 4:38 p.m. of course lol. Thankfully they have service for emergencies and got here as quickly as they could. We have an adult son with special needs and running water is pretty non negotiable. We appreciate having a company we can rely on. Now it's time to do some dishes. Thanks Kunau

When our well was accidentally destroyed, Tim Kunau slotted us into his business's schedule so that we wouldn't have to wait months to get water back into our home. The team was very thorough, informative and did a wonderful job of drilling the new well. Going without running house water for 46 days gives you a new appreciation for it's value. You will NOT be disappointed hiring Kunau!! I'm selling a house with an original well from 1989. Inspection found several problems/repairs needed. Called Kunau to get a 2nd opinion. 2 minutes into the conversation I was convinced I landed with the right contractor. Risa was UBER knowledgeable about wells and aquifers in my neighborhood, as well as local projects. As a business owner myself, I cannot express more appreciation for the dedication, honesty and diligence of this company. Tim Kunau might be THE hardest working individual I have ever worked with. I know this because I spoke to him at the "end" of his work day often times at 8pm or later! Despite multiple (and literal) roadblocks during the process mostly on our end, Tim and his team stayed the course, stayed patient and professional and exceeded our expectations. I cannot express more gratitude for the dedication, honesty and diligence of this company. I sought out Kunau after getting told by other companies that the commercial well we needed drilled "yesterday" would not be possible for at least 3 months. Tim told me he'd get it done and despite a few roadblocks on our end, he delivered as promised and exceeded our expectations. He guided us on some things that really made a difference in the outcome and he was patient with our lack of experience and delays that affected his timeline.

I highly recommend Kunau Drilling for both Well and Septic services! They installed both these items for our new home, and we are very happy with the entire process from bid through install. I really appreciated their transparency with respect to their bids -- I like knowing exactly what I am paying for materials vs. labor! I also appreciated their customer service. Do not use this company you will get screwed. We used them for a new septic system because they gave us the best price and got it done when we needed it. The job was done and they were paid. David who did the work, came back and said it needed a different part and assured us there would be no extra charge. Weeks later we get a bill for over $2000. We fought it as long as we could but Theresa was a horrible person to deal with. The rudest woman we've ever encountered at a company. They threatened to file leans on our home and bring us to court.
