Mountain Maintenance and Asphalt has been around for 30 years, providing quality service for commercial and residential asphalt needs. From driveways to metro districts, management companies, condominiums, commercial spaces, government bodies, and even the military, we're ready to help with jobs large and small. We're a smaller family-owned business that can give you that personal touch that often makes the difference.
Services
We use the state standard for cracksealing, an asphalt-based rubberized tar sealant. This keeps water from getting into the cracks and making them larger or causing deterioration from being under the pavement. This product remains pliable even during winter. We use the infrared process, as well as traditional remove-and-replace.

We’ve finally had a recent major snow fall in the Vail Valley. Which means time for the snow and truck plows to come out. Before Mountain Maintenance started to plow here in Eagle Vail, there was a guy and girl who I assume worked independently, really got the job done. Then the guy who works for this company is lazy, barely clears any snow. Which makes it more difficult to get out of our driveway and park. Us tenants have had to pretty much shovel out spots he continually misses.

I was away tending to a family member on hospice care in NH this summer when Mountain Maintenance was hired to "clean and fill major asphalt cracks" what I returned to after paying in full for his services was a driveway left with two sizable indentations in my own personal parking space (other spots left as well) where water collects. Several e-mails and a phone call were placed to Mountain Maintenance to rectify this oversight by their team in response I was told my personal family business was not their problem that the work was completely via their contract. If you hire someone to fix and repair
