We will continue to offer personal-computer support options to employees of our business customers, and to grow and serve existing and new small- and medium-sized business customers with personalized, human technology support, focusing on solving problems at the root cause and increasing efficiency and security with technology.
We will accept in-shop drop-off repairs until the end of July and will complete those repairs and any warranty services up to 30-days after service is complete. We've subsidized our personal computer repair services from our business operations for a while to continue to support our loyal customers, but moving forward we've decided to adjust our focus.

Although the website advertised in home visits, I was told that the in-home part of their business has been discontinued because of covid. I was disappointed because I wanted them to review the security of my in home computer system. I asked if they knew of any other reputable pc service that would do in- home work and they had no suggestions.

It's very rare for companies go the "extra mile" to help their customers! Despite a broken laptop, I felt confident that they truly valued their customers. The motherboard on my laptop was fried and since my laptop was older, a replacement motherboard was unavailable. I had another identical laptop that I no longer used, so I asked if they could take the motherboard from this laptop to fix the laptop I brought in for repair. Within a few hours, they made the swap and also fixed some security software issues detected. A $55.00 deposit is required & deposit applied towards the

EDIT: the very last thing I saw on my laptop before I took it into their shop was an INDIVIDUAL touchpad selling for less than $20 so charging me $100+ for a touchpad when I SAW ONE WAY LESS is shady. Additionally, I made it known I have another inspiron laptop with the similar touchpad THAT I WOULD DROP OFF AND THEY CAN USE THAT but they were heavily reliant on ordering a new part instead of using a like new part in a laptop I do not use. Furthermore, my friend who is great with tech and cars even said PC help and other companies are trying to scam people because he said he could do it in last

Friendly customer service. Called two days before i had expected my laptop to be ready. Not only did they identify and replace my hard drive as needed, but they bumped it up from a 500gb to a 1tb. They also gave me an extra laptop charger when i came to pick it up. Granted it was a $100 repair but the small additions were nice touches. Would come back if i needed any other repairs done

I have held off for a few months for writing this review, as I feel that any good service review should stand past 6 months.
DO NOT GO HERE.
I will paraphrase this review by saying this.
My issue was that my computer screen got cracked. The screen was damaged, and I went to PC repair to get a new screen. This process would take a few weeks.
The first time I got the computer back, the screen was flickering wildly when I turned it on. I don't know if they bothered to check the PC when they had fixed the issue, or what, but there was flickering within 5 minutes of the computer being turned on

I thought they were great until i was told by another repair service that my hard drive should have been replaced with a solid state Hard drive. I had to go back twice to PC and on the third time they "needed" to replace my touch pad (175.00) I will never take anything back to them as all they care about is making sure you will have to come back for additional repairs= Spend more money.
