I highly recommend working with this company for your insurance needs. I work specifically with Brian Miller and he has not only helped me to get the policies in place that I need, but has also taken additional time to help me with insurance-related questions I have had spring up over the years. There are so few companies now that provide outstanding customer service that it's notable when someone actually does! I've been a business customer of RH Nicholson for many years. My point of contact is Allison. She is absolutely fantastic. She goes above and beyond -- answering my stupid questions, dealing with my clients when they need additional insurance details -- she even once delivered something to my house that I needed. We just finished going through a couple of relatively painful procurements that required specialized insurance -- and Allison made it happen. No complaints, no issues

I've been with R.H. Nicholson for over 15 years and have been extremely happy with the superior customer service and rates. I've been working with Aida and have not left b/c of the relationship I've built working with her. They provide competitive rates and excellent service. After moving to Northern Virginia and originally getting insurance through Allstate, I finally met George at R. H. Nicholson and switched to using R. H. Nicholson. George is patient and answers every question I have about auto insurance, no matter how silly. Not only did he first cut my auto insurance (for the same coverage) in half, but he has also reached out with options to lower my insurance payment even more! I couldn't be happier with R. H. Nicholson and recommend them and George to anyone looking for insurance or a better rate!
