I took my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. The week following the repair my phone was doing weird things. I called Travis to dicuss. He responded immediately and determined that it was a defective screen and ordered a new screen. There were snafus with the delivery of the new component which threw a real hitch into my schedule. Travis completed the repair and drove 30 miles out of his way to hand deliver my phone to me. I was highly impressed because in todays world most merchants dont give a rip. This was the best service I’ve received from any tech company ever. He was very professional and so quick to finish repairing my iPhone screen. Then he went above and beyond and offered to bring my device to me since I had to return to work and wouldn’t be off before he closed down for the long holiday weekend. He also made additional suggestions regarding my iPad that helped me out tremendously. Also, his prices are 100% the best I’ve seen around this area.
