Unbelievably good pizza! A few days before spending the weekend at Sardis Lake I read a Food and Wine article that was published in USA Today Online listing the best pizza in every state. For Mississippi this was the restaurant listed.....and rightfully so. The people warming there are engaging and extremely nice as were the customers. I mentioned the article and they were not aware of it.......so here is the link to it:

Stopped in on a Sunday for a late lunch with a buddy. What a great surprise to find this level of quality in a small town.
I have had pizza this good on a very few occasions, but have not had any that was better.
The crust was thin and with a good crunch on the edge. Toppings were very plentiful, not skimpy, and very tasty.
Don't miss a chance to try this place out

Nothing but love for this place. The pizza is seriously out of this world. I live in memphis and I gladly drive 1 hour to and 1 hour back for their food. This ia definitely the pizza place you need to go to!! My favourite was definitely the magnolia rosa insalata. It's not surprise that it is the runner up in american pizza championship. The pizza is on the vegetarian side but to be honest, I am a big meat eater and for a veggie pizza to be my favorite speaks volume! We also tried the amante di carne which is basically meat lovers pizza. It was yummy but it was a little to salty for me. We

Surprised, as a Mississippi native, to have first learned of this little place from Yelp reviewers. It's a short distance off the highway and well worth the stop.
We started with Oak Roasted Olives which are delicious and different from any other preparation of olives I've had. Featured are several interesting varieties of olives served directly from the oven sizzling with garlic and pecans.

This restaurant is just amazing. I have never, ever, EVER heard of anyone leaving here disappointed.
My friend and I drove 30 minutes to get here, and it was completely worth it. It is very quaint and comforting, and the pizza I had was probably the best I've ever had in my life.
Interestingly, after eating pizza throughout Italy, I would say that this small restaurant in Mississippi beats many of them.
The crust is super doughy and delicious, and the pizza was so flavorful. I would recommend if you are looking for a pizza- even if you have a 30 minute drive!

The lunch menu was Pizza with a couple sammich specials.
I'm a sucker for pepperoni pizza but I saw they had won a national award with the Insalata Magnolia Rosa pizza. It is a balsamic tossed salad on a white cheese pizza.
It was good. The salad part was great. It think the pizza dough was a bit bland but this may be just this particular pie.
It's only a mile off I-55. Eat Local. Check it out. #SeeandEatMS

Went on a Friday night. Small, quaint atmosphere with more seating upstairs. Very inviting. Small but stout menu. All the appetizers sounded wonderful - we settled on spinach-artichoke dip which came with slices of toasted bread which could have been toasted a bit longer and our friends had the wood fired mushrooms which came with thin slices of crusty bread which was perfect for soaking up the juice they were cooked in. We all raved about how good our appetizers were.

We had a great meal the time we stopped in. The staff was super nice and answered all our questions. They told me they make the bread and I believe them as it was not run of the mill at all. Super light and fresh bread. I had the dill shrimp sandwich and it was really good! The pizza was way above average also. Wish this place was closer to Memphis! I would highly recommend stopping in of your passing by and they are open. This is by far best option in he area.

Exceeded my expectations. Pizza is my favorite food, so I've tried my fair share of pizzerias. Let's just say that this place assured my future business and loyalty when I'm heading south through Mississippi (and occasionally when I want to make the short drive from Southaven). The staff was extremely friendly and appreciative of my business, and that speaks volumes to me... but the pizza was AMAZING -extremely high quality ingredients, and a crust to die for. I've been here so many times and I am always amazed at the quality if the food and the friendliness if the staff. Just to make it interesting, they have a real brick pizza oven. This is truly one of the best establishments to eat at in all of North Miss.
I had the shrimp and grits special today. As usual, simply amazing. Folks, it's worth the travel come and try them out. You won't be disappointed.
