We initially used Optimum Cleaning Services to clean our carpet. It was a last minute request and they made time to assist us. We were satisfied with the carpet cleaning so we had Charles and his team come back out and steam clean our furniture and our kitchen floor. Once again their work was excellent. His team was a delight to work with. I appreciate their work and we have some other services that need to be taken care of at our home and we'll use Optimum for that as well. I highly recommend their services.

My photos don’t do it justice. My carpet was originally a light cream color that looked brown. In less than 2hrs they totally restored my carpet to its original beauty. One of our rooms was found to have dog stains and they cleaned it and deodorized it now it’s the cleanest it’s ever been. I once tried to clean my carpet with the rug doctor and thought I did a good job, I will never do that again. The cleaning crew was punctual, professional and friendly, hard working, great eye for detail. They cleaned up when they were done. The price value is worth every penny. They cleaned 3rooms, hallway
