It is APG's clear vision to meet the psychiatric needs of the individual, family, and community established by Dr. W. Taff, MD, Dr. M. Morar DNP, and Dr. M. Kelly DNP. Moses Morar, PMHNP-BC, is a National Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He has over 13 years of psychiatric experience stemming from acute psychiatry to outpatient care.
Drug and alcohol abuse leads to addiction. Drug and alcohol addiction is a common problems in today's society, whether they are stand-alone issues or problems that are intertwined with mental health disorders. Alliance Psychiatric Group takes pride in offering treatment at both the clinic site, and outside treatment center referral.

I truly recommend DR Kelly if you want a Dr that really listens to you, understands and actually cares about ur mental state. I've been sober since first visiting him over a year ago from years of abuse.
He's very professional and makes sure you have what you need

My husband was recovering from being misprescribed an adhd drug from another doctor, had lost his job, and on the tail end of a manic episode when we visited Dr. Kelly. We thought he was drug resistant and forever doomed to suffer. Dr. Kelly knew exactly what my husband was going through, prescribed him a very common anti-depressant and told him to stick with it because it will get worse before it gets better. I first saw Dr. Mike Kelly while I was in treatment, I was against taking prescription medication for my anxiety issues and he didn't try and push them on me which I appreciated. He told me if I ever changed my mind to let him know, which I eventually did. The medication I was put on honestly changed my life and after treatment I looked him up so I could continue to be seen by him. I would highly recommend him, he's easy going and has a sense of humor which is extremely refreshing to see in a doctor/patient setting.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Mike Kelly over a 6-month period while I was in Orange County. During our first session after hearing me give a little background on myself, he asked me two questions that I wasn't able to answer.
He described what I was experiencing emotionally, what I was most likely thinking on a daily basis back to me, and he was spot on.
Dr. Kelly's knowledge, ethics and empathy is unlike any practitioner I have ever met. He also has sense of humor that is always timed at the right moment to lift you up. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly and his practice.

I needed a refill of my antidepressant and had my appt over the phone. He said he would call it in right away but he never did. I called many times and talked to his assistant but it still was never filled. I don't recommend a doctor that would let their patient go through the horrible withdrawals that happens if you stop your medication cold turkey. I don't think Mike Kelly really gives a flying F about his patience.

My wife met Mike Kelly when she visited a hospital emergency room needing someone to administer a shot to my son. It was a Saturday, and Mike said that he would meet us at this office when he got done in the ER. It was only the first time that he went above and beyond the call of duty in treating my son. We expected it to just be a shot, but he was so good with our son that we wanted him to be his doctor. Dr Mike Kelly is one of the most knowledgeable and ethical practitioners I've encountered over the past 20 years. When I moved to OC, i was having issues finding a Doctor that was as good as my former doctor in SD. I got lucky and found Dr Kelly who ended up being an even better practitioner than my previous. I've been seeing Dr. Kelly for 3 years now and he has been very knowledgeable and sympathetic. He has never pushed medication on me but instead guided me to the ones best suited me best. He is not judgmental which is really important to me. I really appreciate all the help he has given me. I am more able to deal with life and the struggles it hurdles at me.

I have been seeing Moses Morar for about 1 year. He is always quick and efficient, and very accommodating. I travel frequently and my schedule changes and he can accommodate different times to fit me in his schedule. he is also very delicate when prescribing medications, and I appreciate that. Dr. Morar creates a welcoming atmosphere.
