Perfect Balance
Not once, but twice!
Ten years ago, I purchased a home. I had no idea how to find a real estate agent except "research" online. I was moving 'back home' but didn't know a local Realtor. I found Jessica Horton & Associates and was completely amazed with the patience, professionalism, and assistance Jessica gave me and my family, even from out of town!
Fast forward ten years: I had a notion that I might want to sell that home. I had a lazy timeline in mind and plans of finishing projects. I contacted Jessica to see if she would be interested in selling my home. Her response was

This woman was my real estate agent for three months in 2014. She berated me, insulted my property, and misrepresented my home.
After 3 months, i hired a lawyer to get me out of my dealings with the Hortons. Since then, I have heard from others who made the same mistake, and are attempting to get out of their contracts. She will argue this online and call me a liar; but I have never made a complaint before about someone I hired to do a job for me.
She bashes local realtors (Griffin, GA) on her facebook page (Jessica Horton & Associates), then deletes her posts when readers castigate her for being
