Earthen Iron is a full service Metal Studio. Since 1990 Earthen Iron has provided its customers with a variety of finely crafted projects and quality services. I have designed, forged, fabricated and installed hundreds of projects for clients throughout California. Thoughtful applied design and finish has been a key focus in making these projects successful.

Dave and the metal craftsman that work with him are outstanding. The artist rendition of Nels Anderson on the side of the building is worth the visit. I used to hang around the shop with Nels as a kid...

I have attended classes here and the members are so friendly and helpful every time. A great experience for anyone. Does not matter is you are young or old, male or female.
Attend once and find out all about blacksmithing and you all be hooked.

Dave Richer is an extremely talented artisan. Moreover, he is highly skilled in CAD, and his turnaround time in both design and fabrication is fantastic. He makes even complex projects look easy, and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
