Tracy Taylor and Imani are great to work with! We have a new teenage driver, and their help was greatly appreciated. Everyone in the office is friendly and more than willing to to out of their way to help with any of their customers needs and questions. We were with another company up until 2 yrs ago, when we switched to State Farm, and it's been for the best. Great customer service!

Tracy runs a fantastic office! We have been clients for several years. We recently had storm damage and Tracy went above and beyond - even providing us with his cell phone number if we needed to reach him over the weekend!

Tracy and his team are great! I got into an accident a year ago. When that happens you always worry if the insurance company is going to try and cheat you out of your policy. The way that Tracy and his team handled it was amazing. I felt completely calm and like everything was under control. They quickly made a decision on my vehicle (it was totalled) and then they immediately sent me a check for what the car was worth. The amount that they sent was fair and even a little generous and I was back to normal quickly. They are a bit more on the expensive side... but the care, coverage, personal attention

Tracy and his team are kind, professional, and are amazing advocates for their customers. I have felt really supported, the coverage is great, and the monthly payment is affordable. They always handle any accident claims with dignity and fairness. They are on my side. He helped get me a settlement from an accident too. Tracy is so great. Tracy Taylor and his staff at State Farm, have made great efforts in my insurance experience. I feel like a welcomed friend, rather than another policy holder. They have always answered my questions thoroughly. I have also visited their office on a few occasions, for one-on-one meetings, and have always been greeted with respect and great hospitality.
