Your PT will first ask you several questions regarding your health history, your current situation, and what you want to achieve by working with us. It's important that we fully understand who you are and how we can best help you! Your PT will then conduct many tests to assess your range of motion, flexibility, strength, and overall body control to best understand not only why you hurt, but also how to prevent the injury from returning.
Considering the crisis our country is in regarding the cost of health care, strong consideration needs to be taken regarding the current ways of practicing medicine. All too often aggressive means of handling problems are recommended before considering more conservative measures that may be just as successful.
PFR is a conservative treatment approach for men and women used to improve dysfunctions that affect bowel and bladder function, sexual health and pain. Physical therapists (PTs) who are trained in PFR may utilize behavioral strategies, manual (hands-on) therapy, exercise, and functional movement retraining to treat pelvic floor dysfunction.
Physical therapists are trained to identify areas of deficiencies and/or imbalances within our musculoskeletal system that predispose us to injury. Given their extensive education of human anatomy and kinesiology (human movement), physical therapists can then design programs to correct the imbalances discovered during their assessment.
Obesity is attributed to approximately 325,000 deaths per year in the United States amongst nonsmokers.
Diseases such as stroke, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, asthma, certain cancers, and osteoarthritis have all been linked to obesity.1 Diet and exercise have long been the standard recommendations for people to lose weight, but what do you do when you don't know how to exercise, or what's safe to do given your previous injuries or health history? What do you do if every time you exercise you hurt?

I was referred by my doctor to No Limits and didn't know what to expect never being to a PT. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. Everything that was done was explained and all my questions were answered. I was sent home with exercises that were easy to follow and saw results from the first week. They are very thorough with what they are doing and I am seeing results I couldn't see with my Dr. for my neck and back issues. Thank you!

I have received excellent care at No Limits PT. At three months postpartum I was experiencing pain when exercising. At each visit, Jamie conducted thorough exams and from her findings would tailor homework to my lifestyle as a new mom working full time. Jamie teamed with Hannah and together they would give me one on one time teaching me specific exercises. Working through the tailored homework and receiving encouragement when I needed it most, I am happy to report that I am back to exercising with little to no pain!
To moms, the time spent doing Physical Therapy is a rewarding use of "self care

After having issues with previous pregnancies, I started doing prenatal PT with No Limits because I was having pelvic pain early on in my recent pregnancy. Not only did it help me to resolve the pain I was having, but it kept me pain free throughout my entire pregnancy. I am so glad I decided to do prenatal PT! I have seen multiple physical therapists here for other things as well and would highly recommend it!

Dr. Ken Bush changed my life!
This is no exaggeration. Before seeing Ken, I had lost most of my ability to do anything that involved a single leg. Kneeling down to tie my shoes? Forget it. Walking up stairs? Painful. Jumping off one leg? Knives. Years of athletics and PowerLifting had taken their toll on my body. At 40 years old, I was just going through the motions and slowly degenerating; watching my mobility crystalize and forgetting the ease we move with in our youth. After about 7 years of this I decided it was time to see someone about it. Dr. Ken was recommended to me through a friend.

Ken Bush at no limits is incredible! I've never had high hopes for physical therapy and whenever doctors would recommend it i would avoid it because I felt like it was a waste if time and money. However, Ken has completely changed my outlook! He is extremely smart and truly understands what is going on with my complex situation and knows exactly how to address it. My needs didn't fit the preprinted exercises and he was able to think outside the box and come up with a custom plan for me. With his help after my surgery I have found strength and healing in my arm that WAS paralyzed from a ruptured

I started seeing Ken because I wanted find a good PT in Castle Rock and a family friend gave him a great recommendation. I am SO happy that I decided to give No Limits PT a try! I have been struggling with a hip/hamstring issue for over 2 years and, thanks to Ken, I am almost 100% back to normal! Ken re-evaluates me with fresh eyes at every visit and his focus is entirely on me the whole time I'm there. I am thrilled with the progress I'm making! Andrea, the office manager, is wonderful as well!

Yes, there's so many 5 star reviews for a reason. Generally, you're not visiting a PT when everything is going great. I experienced a back injury and was looking just about anywhere I could for answers and relief.
Very happy to have found the team at No Limits. Matching compassion with expertise is a real winning combination. Was able to work through my issue for a complete recovery.

Working with Ken was an awesome experience. He changed my life. I'm not exaggerating. I went in with back, leg and foot pain. He worked with me for several months to get me to the point I'm at today. I can't thank you enough Ken for all that you have done. I'm feeling better than I have since 2013. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
