James Golden got his start within the world of business, consulting, and entrepreneurship working under a civil engineer and mentor at the age of 19. What started out as a part-time job performing roadway condition assessments has turned into a 22-year career and passion for helping municipalities across the US to save taxpayer dollars, maximize their annual budget and increase the conditions of their roadway networks.
When he is not advocating for roadway preservation, James enjoys helping others in the constant pursuit of becoming the best version of themselves through his "Good to Goalden" podcasting, personal and group coaching initiative under JG3 Coaching & Consulting. The Goalden Collective is a group of like-minded, high performers and business owners led by both JG3 and his hand-selected team.
