My experience with Pelletier Rug Company has always been excellent. Most recently after sustaining water damage in a finished basement, Lee directed me to the best replacement options in the store. I was especially impressed with the advice and knowledge of Jerri who came to my home to measure and map out the area for installation. Her professional advice in choosing between a number of samples was very helpful and reassuring. Our visit to the store and placement of the order was completed both in person and online conveniently in just two days.

We had a wonderful experience with Pelletier, from the moment we walked in the door to the installation. Jerri was so knowledgeable and was able to zero in on exactly the type of carpet we needed for our family room and even came out to the house to measure...Gabe and Mark were our pleasant installers. They did a great job and even swept up my hallway because they noticed some fibers that were left from the old rug! I had some not so great experiences with two other large rug companies before, so I was looking for a more positive outcome....it was great to be able to support a family business

Exceptionally helpful salesman, I got 2 beautiful rugs that I definitely wouldn't have been able to find online for the prices that I got them at. They have a wide variety of styles and prices, go check them out!

Not only are they friendly when you go into the store, there is no 'sales pressure' and they let me take my time. Their prices are also very good. Then, after finding the perfect rug pattern, Paul was very helpful and arranged for a couple of the rugs to be cut to fit my spaces. They were cut and reassembled perfectly! You'd never know they were altered! I highly recommend this store.

Pelletier Rug was great from start to finish! I told them I needed carpeting for my rental property so I wanted something long lasting but also economical. I purchased the carpeting, and was scheduled within 10 days. They came when they said they would (something that seems like should be the norm but is rare in the services industry in 2019), and completed the job leaving my tenant very happy. Thank you!

Called to get bid on carpet for 3 bedrooms in anticipation of selling house; Set up appointment right away with representative who came within days to take measurements and showed us samples. Price was half of if local firm so we shook hands right then. Process was professional and convenient- cannot ask for more.
Mark, Ned and Keith showed up as promised and stripped existing carpets and meticulously laid new carpet. Most impressive was their ability to move / Disassemble existing furniture and put down what seems seamless new carpet. I strongly recommend their quality of work.

Great selection of area rugs as well as all rugs in general. Great service and design guidance. We worked with Vickie and she is excellent. Vickie quickly picked up on what we were looking for but was careful to make sure we looked at every and all possibilities. Vickie was very patient with us while we narrowed down three area rugs. It was great to bring the rugs home to see them in our space with the option to return them for a full refund. Pelletier will definitely be my go to rug store as they have great and friendly service, a huge selection and no pressure!!

If you are looking for high quality remnants, this is the place to go. You will pay a high price but the quality is worth it. After one year the rugs we purchased are much better than all the others. Service is ok.

We've been purchasing high-quality remnants at Pelletier to have bound into area rugs for our unusually proportioned rooms. Typically, they've been able to come in at $5/sq foot or less, inclusive of binding and carpet pad, for really beautiful pieces. I'm also impressed by the staff's knowledge and their customer service. Great company. Glad they're local. I'd say they're worth the trip for folks from further afield who are looking for a fair price on nice carpet, too. I've recommended to several friends and they couldn't be happier.
