Excellent service on my 20 year old irrigation system. Controler was broke. Bill came and replaced it with good quality controler plus everything along with few heads changes in few hours as he promised. I would recommand R&M Irrigation to all my friends and family in Lowell, MA and near by area. Thank you Bill.

These guys were amazing.
The 4-man crew showed up when they said they would at 7:30 AM and put in nearly a 12 hour work day bringing our irrigation system back to life. They did not leave until they were sure the job was done.
Their prices were more than fair and beat all the other quotes we got. Even though the job was definitely more complicated than originally projected they honored their quoted rate.
They walked the full property to make sure every line was in tact and had no leaks, as well as made sure we knew how to use the control panel and the various settings.

It’s hard to find a great contractor. Bill went above and beyond and was willing to help with other aspects of our project without being asked. He was great at communicating and keeping us in the loop as well as following up and stopping by the site since we needed to have dirt moved. He far exceeded our expectations and we think others would agree with his exceptional service!
