In today’s world of not knowing who to trust I appreciate finding Dave and his staff so much!! I purchased my home several years ago, discovered that I needed a water system, a radon extraction system. Very overwhelming but Dave was patient and walked me through it. Continued to have my yearly service, always prompt, on time, respectful. This year Dave volunteered that he didn’t care for the sound of the motor on the system, that it had gone out of warranty but that he was going to push the company a bit to stand behind it as it had just recently gone out of warranty. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. This is the worst company, if you can even call it that. I WAS an employee for 2 weeks. During my 2nd week, my mom became very ill and was hospitalized & had to have emergency surgery. I quit as soon as I found out just the kind of people the owners were. Not one nice text of concern. In fact, the only text I got was basically asking how long I'd be out because was needed in the office. Meanwhile, my mother was lucky to be alive, as they were not sure she'd make it thru the emergency surgery. I quit immediately. Avoid this company

I've never written a review on Yelp, but this company is so appalling that I feel like I need to save other people from dealing with them
This company is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I was treated with disrespect before the equipment was even installed (twice the installers missed the service date without calling to inform me) when they finally arrived they caused a major flood in my cellar with damaged my furnace. When I informed the owner he didn't even apologize.
