Best customer service and hassle free process. The weather was becoming questionable and they were monitoring it and communicating with me with any and all updates. Thankfully the weather cleared up just enough to still have the jumper at my sons 3rd birthday party and it was an absolute blast for all of the kids. So grateful for how smooth the delivery and pick up process went. We will be recommending TN bounce house to everyone and will absolutely use them again!

So grateful for such a great experience, amazing communication and quality bounce house.
We had trouble with bad weather and no questions or problems with changing to another date. Precise arrival time, setup was set up safely for the little ones and a wipe down to an already clean bounce house.

We've used them twice and had a great experience both times. When our birthday girl got sick they let us reschedule at the last minute without losing our deposit and get rescheduled quickly. They sent text updates when they were coming to set up and pick up.

Amazing service! Decided last minute to throw a little back to school party for my kiddos and they were able to provide a water slide for us in less than 24 hours. Very easy to communicate with and we will for sure be renting again soon!

These guys are absolutely awesome! I don't know them personally but they blew us away with their promptness, professionalism, and politeness. They showed us how to use all the equipment and what to do if something went wrong. Everything was installed perfectly and they returned and had everything tore down in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them.

TN Bouncehouse was so easy to work with. Booking on their website was quick and hassle free. They updated me with arrival times and worked quickly to set up for our party. The obstacle course was clean and we all had a great time. Highly recommend them!

Great experience. I really appreciated being able to book online! I also really appreciated the wide variety of different bounce houses/slides available. They were right on time for both drop off and pick up, and the bounce house was exactly as described .. and much newer looking than I'd expected. Prices are comparable and fair. Professional company, great service, fast service and reliable! I had my daughter's birthday party on Saturday and I had initially booked the water slide with a different company who decided to bail on my one day prior to the party. I called this company and Logan helped me with everything so fast I couldn't believe it! Our party was at metro parks and he sent in the insurance information right away. Their showed up in time, the slide was brand new, kids had a blast! I would recommend to anyone! Don't go with a small company, go with them! Thanks for being professional!

Perfect service! The ease of online booking was welcomed and perfect. Very communicative the morning of setup, very helpful in determining the best place for the inflatable for us (not taking into account a higher difficulty in tear down for them at the end of the day), and the tear down was seamless. Company has high standards for taking the anxiety of something like this away from the customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have a 3 year old who LOVES TN Bounce House! (We do too!) Such a great option for a kid's birthday and on top of it all they are the sweetest!!

We rented 2 bounce houses from these guys for our daughters 7th birthday! Everything was seamless from booking to setup to breakdown. I booked online and they made everything super easy. The kids bounced for hours and hours. All the parents were able to sit back and relax the entire party! Will definitely be renting from them again!! Great company!!
