Services
The Tracy Drywall family is committed to customer service and excellent quality. Since we opened our doors in 2002, we maintain an A+ rating with the BBB and have hundreds of 5 star reviews online. We offer you our service, from our family to yours. We are committed to raising the bar on quality and customer service in the drywall industry, in Houston, Spring and surrounding areas.
During fall and winter months, our air conditioners can sit idle. This can cause water in the drain line to gunk up and cause a clog. I have even heard of A/C drain lines becoming clogged due to different types of nests being built in the drain line. Remember to get your heaters checked before the winter months and get your air conditioners checked before the summer months, especially the drain lines.
We can send out one of our drywall repair specialists to scrape, resurface and texture the repair to bring it up to Tracy Drywall standards. Unfortunately, most of the time, this is going to cost as much as if we had done the repair from scratch. Reason being, we do not have to replace the drywall again, but instead of floating just the seams of the repair, we now have to float over the entire repair.
In most homes built today, the interior walls are made of drywall, an easy to install, repair and finish material that has become ubiquitous in home construction. However, for thousands of years before that, people have been finishing their walls with plaster. Traditionally, plaster would be applied on lath, but today some walls are made of plaster applied to a special kind of wall board called blue board.
These are some of the reasons why you might have a hole in your ceiling. I know. It might sound like this is something that you can fix. It can be, it just depends on how much you like to see your own repair every time it catches your eye. If you want the repair to look like the rest of your ceiling or wall, please call the professionals and let us take care of it.

Like many people I was affected by the winter storm and like many people I experienced a pipe burst and I am extremely happy I went with Tracy Drywall. After getting several quotes I noticed something was off, some were very low a little too low and after having a contractor bail on me from a previous project I can recommend never going with a low offer for anything 😂. Tracy Drywall took care of me and I’ll never go elsewhere.

We have done business with Tracy and his wife since 2007, when hurricane Ike decided to pay a visit and he had done other work for us after that. He and his wife tag team and are very dependable, fair in their estimates and are very down to earth kind of folks. When it comes to repairing our drywall, my husband and I only trust them to handle our drywall repairs! We personally give them high honors and hope and pray they are well and doing good!

I will start off by saying that I know I am a picky costumer. I am rarely 100% satisfied with work in my home. Probably because I grew-up in a family of builders, and I've been on jobs myself. I try to do the work that I can myself... In an effort to avoid disappointment. Drywall is an art, and I needed help!
Having said that, I am 100% satisfied with Tracy Drywall. They exceeded my expectations by being right on time and finishing the work early with a high level of craftsmanship. I would recommend this well run family company over and over. Thank you Tracy Drywall!

Ok first like to say the guys are nice but they don't want you around the house while they work. I work from home and sometimes outside around my house but they still wanted me gone trust and respect is earned you can't have someone coming to your house first time you've ever met them but they wanted me gone. I am not allowing strangers to come in my house while I'm not around not a good because they could be sticking out your place to come back and steal they can be stealing things you don't know. So I chose that week to be off but still working by Internet. So now they

Absolutely horrendous customer service, and they blatantly lie about it. I called them to set up an estimate; they kept dragging their feet, and I had to email and call a bunch of times. They then claimed that they called and someone told them the work was already done -- definitely not true. We kept following up and they kept dragging their feet. We finally got them to agree to come to the house this morning, and they even told us they would be there in 30-45 minutes. But they never came. We waited all day for them. Then they emailed me hours later saying we should hire someone else.

Did not Honor appointment and Heather did not answer the phone or call me back after leaving 2 messages. People are in need of help and repair. I have spots in my home that I can't reach to remove damage. Tracy claims she didn't get my email confirming my appointment right after she offered me a time slot. I replied right after and have proof. Very poor customer service. Will spread the word. FAIL!

I have used Tracy Drywall twice, several months ago for an attic step-through and more recently to repair drywall that was cut out after sustaining flood damage. They are amazing! From scheduling and estimates to the actual work, they are wonderful to do business with. They were able to match a variety of drywall textures in my home perfectly. You would never know half of my walls were cut out due to a flood. They are professional, reasonably priced and quick! I will never use another business for drywall repairs.

We needed drywall repair done on our kitchen ceiling from water damage that left an unsightly stain. I called and described the approx. dimensions. The price was much better than others.... I was a bit skeptical, but their web site and conversation I had over the phone left me with a good feeling. I went with Tracy Drywall. Nathaniel arrived on schedule and covered the area with plastic sheeting so the mess could be contained. Nathaniel informed me soon after he began the repair that the price was going to be lower than estimated because the damaged section was smaller than originally estimated
