If anyone is looking to have a tankless water heater installed, I highly recommend John Gallagher at Water Heater Experts. From start to finish, John was truly professional. Answered each one of my questions about switching to the tankless from the old style 75 gallon water heater and I was never pressured to commit. He came across an unexpected issue with the gas line and went above and beyond to get things just perfect. He stands behind his work and called today to make sure I was happy.

Our water heater broke in March of 2020. John Gallagher convinced us to spend almost $7,000 to replace that electric one with a state of the art gas heater. He seemed honest about the pro's and cons and I made an educated decision after discussing with him as well as consulting with several friends. I loved everything about this company. Your licensed plumber, John Gallagher, was a consummate professional. He came out to do this service for me at 10:30 at night and stayed until completion as this was somewhat of an emergency. I absolutely loved that he used copper piping and not the flex hose garbage. I could’ve done that. I could recognize the craftsmanship and attention to detail and that’s very important to me when I’m not doing the work myself.
