The lady Cheryl is the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT lady to deal with. Your package comes in at 10am and still not ready to be picked up at 4pm. They have given my packages to other people and had to call them to return my packages. The rate is ridiculous also. Way to expensive. Not worth the nonsense!!!

I needed personal storage as well as an RV storage space located in the Show Low area. We found America One online and decided to stop in to see what was available...I'm glad I did. Cheryl was there (on Saturday no less) to help me out with both. She was very intimately knowledgeable about the facility and she expedited the paper work to get it done quickly. I was impressed with how simple Cheryl made the whole process. If you're looking for storage in the Show Low area, America One is THE place to go...Cheryl is an absolute ACE! Dave O.

We paid 30 dollars for shipping with FedEx. MacKenzie said it would be there next day. Nope, FedEx listed it for Monday arrival. Would never have paid that absurd amount if it was Monday arrival. Not honest with my husband, never told him it would actually be 1-3 days. We would have used USPS if that was the case. Not coming back.

Cheryl the manager is a liar and extremely rude. When I asked her why they don't grade the aisles to move around in the storage area in your car, she said..... because we don't! If you don't like it go somewhere else. So I did so I did exactly as she recommended and talking around to people I find that she's like this with everybody.

I had several packages sent here for their mail receiving service. Apparently you are supposed to list your phone number on the shipping address so they can call you when your items arrive. This is not stated on their website and both women working at the front desk were extremely rude to me about it. To make matters worse they had not processed one of my packages when I arrived and asked me to come back later and pay a second time to pick up the remaining package. Horrendous customer service.

I have had nothing but positive interaction with American One. The mgr. Cheryl is a kick in the pants to deal with. It is a very refreshing experience to deal with a business that has a lite and cheerful atmosphere.
I am new to this area, when I have a question or need information about the area, I turn to Cheryl. She is always willing to help and advise where to go for a multitude of services.
A great business and a plus to the mountain.

THEY DON'T MAKE COPIES! I was returning items & had a 3-page letter & invoice. I wanted copies since the originals needed to go inside package but I wanted proof of what was sent due to previous trouble w/the company. I was willing to pay for the copies. I understand how much it'd cost for personnel & machines to do large &/or regular, everyday copy jobs; but, if most of their customers are businesses who make copies at their offices b4 bringing in packages to mail, what harm would there be letting regular folks, w/out other ways to make a couple copies, do so. They could probably charge $1/pg
