Elizabeth S. Pagel is a native of Wichita, Kansas and has resided in the Houston area since 2002. She graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Sciences. She attended Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006.
Mediation is a way for you to resolve issues facing your family before you go to court. It gives you and the other party control over the final outcome of your case, and provides the ability to explore and develop creative solutions to your dispute. Most courts require mediation prior to any hearing.

I went to this woman for a divorce consultation. After paying her $250 and trying to describe what was happening, she keeps cutting me off and not even letting me finish what I was trying to say. She is rude, unprofessional, doesn’t listen to what you are telling her and had no personality at all. After less than 30 minutes she said I am too busy for this and can’t help you. Maybe she is just busy giving $250 consultations all day long? Don’t waste your money with this woman. If I could give her zero stars I would because that is what this woman is, a total zero. Stay away at all cost.
