Not even a one star rating! I had phoned Mustang Police due to them reselling my 67 Mustang... without notification.! I have voicemail, email etc
Due to pandemic international borders were closed, and storage was necessary. A total lack of communication on behalf of the Auction House!!
The car cannot be recovered. The Police said to give a negetive web review. Use caution with the ethics of this auction house!

Great people to work with, I would recommend them without any hesitation. It was my first time to do an auction and was a good experience.

I met Ken and Misty in late June to discuss auctioning my childhood home. We discussed closing by the end of August. Once the process started, we finalized our auction on July 31st! Ken is so professional, kind, supportive, knowledgeable and friendly!!! Misty and Ken both answered every question I could possibly think of! Danny worked his tail off during the hottest July days to make sure everything was ready!! I recommend Ken and his team to help you when you need it. BEST decision I made and it will be yours too!

IF YOU LIKE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME THIS IS THE GUY FOR YOU! 4K down the drain and never see an add one time! I’m sure that’s how he makes his living with the Advertising Scams!
Lied about selling a Restaurant up the Road to get me to let him try to sell my place IF HE TOLD THE TRUTH FROM THE START I WOULDNT OF WASTED 4K to pay his mortgage!

SCAM ARTIST. His 20% commission ended up being nearly 50%. He raised less than a 1/3 of what he said he thought he would. Sold multiple thousand dollar items for single digit dollars. Hire this guy if you want someone to give your stuff away for next to nothing. I would have been better off donating my stuff to Goodwill and getting a tax write off.

Auctioneer was not professional. Choice items means choice not bundled. All bidders were very upset. I have never been to an auction that they would not have redone the bid. Or had another auctioneer to make a final call. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong!
I will keep in mind when dealing with this company.
