I couldnt had picked a first time survey team.... Friendly happy to help ... The one guy had neighbor dog jumping on him while they were saying its ok hes friendly as dog was jumping on him.... The dog was pulled back job got finished.... With skillfully addressing onsite blocking issues..... Thanks TEAM.....

Initially my survey experience was decent. The price was the best of the four places I called around to and they got done in a decent time frame. I needed it done to put up a fence and to start building a shed. Wood posts were staked every 50 feet. In my county the shed must be 5ft from the line, we measured 10ft to be polite. End of July we start clearing some bushes and putting up the fence. Found parallel markers to the ones we measured the shed from (closer to the house and in the bushes). Turns out they left the control markers in and never said anything, these are also spaced 50ft. Now our

We Contacted Butler Surveying in July 2019 for a Boundary Line Agreement Survey to be done on property we owned in Lewis County. Our estimate came back in early August. Per the estimate we received, we paid in full and signed the agreement for Chris Butler to go ahead with the project. Chris did not contact us in any way during the course of the project to let us know how things where going. In mid-October we contacted Chris to find out how things where going. He happened to be on vacation and was told he would call us back when he returned. No phone call was made!. We called again and was told

Disappointing. After being referred by my realtor, I made a call the beginning of November to arrange a survey of my property. I was told that I needed to give a $1050.00 deposit to "hold my place in the schedule". I had a survey arranged to take place the first week in December. I was also told that they would "try" to get me the completed survey by Christmas. Fast forward to the week after Christmas; I called to check on my survey only to find out that it had not even been completed yet (so much for solidifying my place in the schedule). I never received any form of communication from this company

They were honest, prompt, very friendly, and took the time to answer questions. I am not one to leave reviews, but the professionalism and timeliness of this company was so outstanding that I felt it important to tell others about Chris Butler and his employees. I would not hesitate to contract with him again; his prices are fair too. Highly recommended!
