I definitely enjoyed my 1st visit! I had Christina & she was knowledgeable, friendly & fast!! I booked my next appointment before I left the office! She explained to me about all the services they offer & I can't wait to try something else! The atmosphere was everything. Soothing, calming, relaxing. I loved it!!!

My husband and I booked a couple’s massage and had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere of Caravail’s is very relaxing and inviting from the moment you walk into the reception area. The massage therapists were very friendly and skilled. We left feeling relaxing and well taken care of. I would definitely book another massage here!

My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience, from check in to lack luster massages. While checking in, the front desk lady kept insisting that my appointment included someone else. Well, I'm thinking that should be an easy fix, just change the appointment to reflect the correct names in the reservation. To no avail, she refuses to do so, while she looks at me in utter confusion, as if I, the customer, should fix it.

Staff is extremely laid back and friendly, the spa has a very welcoming atmosphere. I’ve used it twice now for a deep tissue massage and both times the massage was great and helped get out some of the damage and lactic acid from working out. I plan to keep using them on a regular basis, and would recommend it to anyone in the area. Super accessible location right off of Veterans Parkway!

Why did I wait so long! Yesterday I had the 4 hour Deluxe package and it was the BEST thing I've done for myself. I was ready for another 4 hours when it ended. If you haven't tried one of their packages...I highly recommend it!! Caravail's is beautifully decorated and such an inviting environment, peaceful spaces and the staff was was very professional and expertly trained. I can't say enough wonderful things about this business and about the services. I highly recommend this experience.

My husband and I got the couples massage and the massage itself was amazing. We felt comfortable, muscles taken care of, and relaxed. It was a nice treat. The having payment transaction completed before the appointment is strange but there was no other problems with it. I will say though our experience with the front receptionist is what makes this review A-ok and we hope that others do not have to deal with the mediocre service and crass attitude. From the moment we made the appointment over the phone, I almost felt as though making the appointment was an irritation to her day. Then checking in

I am SO thankful to have found CaraVail Day Spa. About 2 years ago I moved to Columbus and tried a few other spas to get waxing and occasional massage and I was unimpressed. Once I found CaraVail, I was set! Amanda always takes such good care of me - she does the best eyebrow waxing I've ever gotten anywhere. I've also gotten massages which were wonderful. I'm moving away from Columbus soon and am so bummed I can't take CaraVail with me!

Spa package $380. Was told over the phone that lunch was included, 1030am-430pm no food. Bathroom vent is covered with black grime. Significant dust buildup, towel wrap given is old so Velcro doesn't grip, slippers given to use covered with fabric pilling so looked old. I'm sure if I hadn't been told I would be fed, I would have brought my own lunch.

I had an excellent experience at CaraVails. I was in town for a conference and was able to make a last minute appointment for a 1 hour Swedish massage. Becky was the masseuse and it was one of the best massages I have had! The entire spa is very tranquil, quiet, and clean. I was able to fully relax for the hour and am looking forward to the next time I will be in town.

I had my first visit for eyelash extensions today. Since they do not offer volume lashes, this was my first time getting a classic set. I didn't mind because I had seen their work + was very impressed with the results.
I am not exaggerating when I say: this is the best my lashes have ever looked! So long, evenly distributed, + just beautiful!

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage here and we loved it! Reasonably priced and Beth and Bethany were INCREDIBLE! They made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Neither of us have ever done anything like it before but definitely plan to go back! The whole atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were so nice, and our massage therapists really went the extra mile to make us have a wonderful time. Highly recommend!!

Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Becky. You will not regret it. The best massage I've ever had and I've had quite a few. The place is big and clean and everyone we met was super nice and accommodating. I'm only visiting but if I lived here I would go there at least once a month. Thank you Becky. You made my day.

I received a gift certificate to CaraVails and went last week to get a gel manicure done.
My appointment was at 430 - and I did as the website suggested, arrived 15 minuets prior - 415.
I already have gel on my nails, so I knew ahead of time that we would have to soak off and remove - not a problem.
When they do gel soak off, they place your hands in a warming device that looks like oven mitts. Clearly the polish was strong and done correctly that it took quite some time to get it off completely.
After approx 30-40 minuets and removing my hands (because they started to feel a burning sensation

I was there 2 days ago. The service started off good. The front desk was polite. I walked in asking if they by any chance had time the same day. The receptionist said yes at 5. So I waited about 1hour and some. Turned out the tech had left on emergency and I had waited over an hour without being notified.
