We map every step of your process from your domestic or overseas plant, to our door, and beyond. We get into detail and learn more about your business than you ever thought possible as an outside provider. That also begins with creating a detailed profile, asking the right questions, and finishing with thorough implementation.
Our IRMS Warehouse Management System (WMS) provides highly configurable settings under our business rules models. We can create these rules using a variety of methods including Dynamic Slotting Optimization, ABC Bin Hit Analysis, Stock Rotation, FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO. We also use Stock Control via Lot, Batch, and Serial Codes, and finally, Replenishment.
Our primary facility is a state-of-the-art complex on 19 acres with 2 facilities on site. Our yard provides parking for over 200 - 53 foot trailers. We own and operate switching equipment for easy and fast equipment interchange from parking to door staging. We also have a working RF yard management system for immediate live updates and trailer status interchange.
Cargo Integrated Logistics facilities are fully fenced, gated, and provide the extra security needed for proper asset protection, inside, outside, and throughout the complex. Our layered security program provides secure access protocol throughout the premises. We are alarmed and monitored through multiple layers and back up programs designed to discourage any foul play while helping protect your assets that are in our possession.
