Our caring staff will assist your family in planning a funeral and choosing the options that suit your families needs and your loved ones wishes. We will listen to your family and help to arrange a celebration of your loved one's life through whatever means you choose. We are able to assist you in holding services in a wide variety of areas.
Grief counseling helps the individual work through the feelings associated with the loss of another, accept that loss, determine how life can go on without that person, and consolidate memories in order to be able to move forward. Grief counseling also provides information about the normal grieving process, to help individuals understand that many of the symptoms and changes they are experiencing are a normal, temporary reaction to loss.
A private memorial service will be held at at later date. Mark E. Jones was born in Rapid City, South Dakota as a U.S. Air Force brat to Henry and Rose Jones. He moved to Wichita Falls where he grew. March of 2021, We experienced what true caring and compassion is really like. Mr. Thorny and Ms. Diane, they truly are a blessing. Her preparation was splendid, they took care of the flight arrangement to have momma flown back to South Carolina, they coordinated with the funeral home there. Everything went so smooth. As a minister, I get to work with them during some of life most difficult times, but as a customer, I appreciate how they are as people and how they care about people, especially the loved one that has been entrusted to their care. January 21 2021 was the darkest day of our lives . We entrusted Wells Funeral Home with the preparation of our mom’s home going. From the moment we spoke with Mr Taylor until the day of service we were treated with respect and dignity. During one of the most difficult times for a family is comforted by the care, compassion and attention to detail provided by Wells Funeral Home. Twenty five years ago, we enlisted their services to lay our father to rest. This September, when our mother passed, there was no doubt we wanted Wells again to care for her and help us send her home.
